Today I swam 1 mile in 1 hour and 10 minutes. I improved my time by 5 minutes. That isn’t much, but it is an improvement. It is getting easier to do the crawl stroke. I want to do more laps of the crawl and backstroke. I did it every 5th lap, but I would like to increase to every 3rd lap.
