I swam a mile on Monday. I used the kick fins for all 36 laps. I did 7 ½ laps of backstroke, and 7 ½ laps of crawl. The rest I used the kickboard. I feel that I am getting stronger, but my time only decreased by 2 minutes. I will keep trying.
I'm impressed that you know different strokes. Didn't you swim in high school? I mostly just walk in the pool. Hurray for a mile!
You added a template to your blog. Cool. It took me a moment to realize. I knew something was different, I just wasn't sure what. I think it's because the colors are subtle and go together well.

Two minutes less is good. Its the exercise that counts not the speed. Keep up the good work!
